1. What We Collect

Currently, we collect:

• Email Address – when you join our waitlist, use our contact form, or sign up for communications.
• Passholder Status – whether you are a Disney or Universal passholder.
• Anonymous Usage Data – anonymous usage data such as page views, clicks, and other interactions with our website, Pass Maxing Calculator, and mobile app. This data is used to improve our website and app. This data is anonymized and not linked to your personal information.
• Email Analytics – email analytics such as opens, clicks, and other interactions with our emails. This data is used to improve our email marketing and tracking. This data is anonymized and not linked to your personal information.
• Social Media Analytics – If you interact with our social media pages, we may collect your social media handle and other information you provide to us. This data is used to improve our social media presence and engage with you. This data is anonymized and not linked to your personal information.

In the future, when our mobile app launches, we may also collect:

• Account details you provide (such as preferences or saved data in the mobile app).
• Device and usage data (e.g., app interactions, general device information, approximate location) processed through the E.Y.E. framework.

We do not collect payment information at this time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Register you for our mobile app waitlist.
• Send updates about Park Maxing services, including launch announcements and new tools like the Pass Maxing Calculator and mobile app.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• Measure and improve website, app, and email performance (see Sections 3–4).
• Meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers & Analytics

We use carefully selected vendors that process data on our behalf under contracts requiring confidentiality and security:

• Email & mailing list: Resend, Inc. – sending transactional and marketing emails, managing subscription status, handling bounces/suppressions, and measuring basic email performance (e.g., opens and clicks).
• Web analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) – measuring aggregate website usage (page views, events, device/browser metadata). Where available, we enable privacy-protective controls (e.g., IP masking) and disable advertising features unless you opt in.
• Hosting & runtime analytics: Vercel (including Vercel Analytics) – operational logging and privacy-friendly site metrics used to ensure reliability and performance.
• Social Media Analytics: X, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms – API tracking of your interactions with our social media pages. This data is used to improve our social media analytics and engagement.This data is anonymized and not linked to your personal information.

Internally, some product analytics may be presented through the E.Y.E. Dashboard, our branded interface that examines anonymized usage data that helps us improve features and user experience. You can control certain analytics as described in Section 6 and Section 4.

4. Cookies, Email Analytics & E.Y.E.

Our site may use first-party cookies and similar technologies for essential functions and basic measurement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

• Website analytics: GA4 and Vercel Analytics record aggregate usage (e.g., pages visited, time on page, referrers, and device type). These data help us maintain and improve Park Maxing.
• Email analytics: Resend may log open and click events for emails we send, so we can understand what content is useful. You can opt out of email analytics (see Section 6).
• E.Y.E.: Our Evaluating Your Everymove™ platform processes anonymized/aggregated usage signals (e.g., feature interactions, general location) to improve the user experience. E.Y.E. may present consent requests and process anonymized/aggregated usage signals (e.g., feature interactions, general location) to improve your experience.
• Social Media Analytics: We may track your interactions with our social media pages to improve our social media analytics and engagement. This data is anonymized and not linked to your personal information.

You can control cookies via your browser settings. Where required by law, we will present consent options for analytics and cookies.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your personal data based on:

• Consent – when you join our waitlist, sign up for emails, contact us via the contact form, follow us on social media, or accept analytics via the E.Y.E. Layer / cookie banner.
• Legitimate interests – to operate, secure, and improve our services and improve your user experience (e.g., essential logging and non-identifying, privacy-friendly measurement).

6. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email includes an "unsubscribe" link).
• Disable email analytics (opens/clicks) by using the “email preferences” link in our messages or contacting privacy@parkmaxing.com.
• Opt out of analytics in the app via Settings → Privacy (E.Y.E. Controls) or by adjusting cookie preferences on the web.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Restrict Social Media analytics by opting out of social media tracking in the app via Settings.
• Request data portability (EU/UK users).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights (California users). California residents may also use a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link if applicable.

7. Sharing of Data

We do not share your personal identifiers (such as your email address) with third parties for their independent marketing.

We may share aggregated, anonymized analytics (not reasonably linkable to you) with trusted research or market partners to study park-related trends. If we introduce referral programs or additional partners in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

8. Retention & Security

• Mailing list data (Resend): retained while you are subscribed; minimal suppression records are kept to honor opt-outs.
• Email analytics events: retained up to 12 months, then aggregated or deleted.
• Website/app analytics: retained up to 24 months in the aggregate (GA4, Vercel Analytics, and E.Y.E. Layer signals).
• Social Media analytics: retained up to 24 months in the aggregate (X, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms). This data is anonymized and not linked to your personal information.
• All data is stored securely with access limited to authorized personnel.
• We use trusted providers (Resend, Google, Vercel, Social Media Platforms) with industry-standard security practices.

Security & Abuse Prevention: To protect the Services and our users from fraud, abuse, and security incidents, Park Maxing (through FOMO Tech’s E.Y.E.™) logs technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and device details. These logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational security and deleted or aggregated thereafter.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

Park Maxing is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and stored in the U.S. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by updating the effective date and/or sending an email notice.
